The popular iconic Qavi Khan farewell.

 

Yousufzai Pathan Qavi Khan is celebrated for being one of the first actors to appear on television. He started his career with Radio Pakistan after being born in Peshawar and later moving to Lahore. He has also appeared in over 200 films and television plays since the mid-1960s.His best-known works are the TV drama Lakhon Mian Teen and the police drama serial Andhera Ujala. He made a significant contribution to the entertainment world, and his name will go on forever.

In March 2011, a celebration of Qavi Khan's accomplishments and his contributions to Pakistani film and television took place at the Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) auditorium in Islamabad. Later, Khan played the lead role in other television plays. Saheliyan (2016), Farz (2017), Khaani (2017), and Meri Shehzadi are a few of his works (2022–2023).

In Canada, the renowned performer Qavi Khan, who received the Pride of Performance honour, passed away on Sunday. The information was verified by Muhammad Ahmad Shah, the Karachi Arts Council's president. He was 80 years old and survived with his 4 childrens. 
Qavi was reportedly fighting cancer and receiving treatment in Canada.


The son of the actor, Adnan Qavi, has reportedly stated that the funeral's schedule and date will be made public later.
